I’m no designer by ANY means. I just slapped these together. Sadly, I don’t really have a budget to get any help with my album art. I wonder which of these I like.
Image Management for a Musical Artist
As a musical artist, I have no problem whatsoever creating a sound landscape that communicates a powerful picture to the listener. I’ve got that covered.
But visually I’ve got no skills whatsoever. I guess I know what I like when I see it, but I can’t for the life of me direct my own visual image.
So, I’m planning to do a little project that involves some of my more visually talented friends. I guess it’s like an “extreme makeover” sort of thing.
I’ll try to post updates as they happen…
Drowsy Bose Clerk: Yeah, we hosted an open mic here in the store the other day completely through the L1 Compact PA system.
Me: Cool. Did you pack this place?
Drowsy Bose Clerk: Well… nobody showed up.
Me: Oh. So it was just the musicians?
Drowsy Bose Clerk: Um… they didn’t show up either.
Me: Wow……. Um, I’ll get back to you on that PA. Thanks.
